Where can I find course descriptions? |

Click on "Order/View Courses" located on the home page. Select your state. Click on the course title to see a brief description of the course, the table of contents, and the number of pages in the book.

How will Noble help me renew my license? |

Agents may choose to take Noble courses either online or have printed books and tests sent to their home or office. Once an agent completes the course and passes the exam, the agent receives a certificate of completion, and the appropriate state agency is notified where required.

What software or plug-ins do I need to complete my courses online? |

How does online continuing education work? |

Once a student purchases continuing education courses to renew their license, they are able to access the material using their name and last 4 digits of their social security number. Once the course material is completed, the agent may print their Certificate(s) of Completion where allowed.
NOTE: Completion dates and times are based on Central Standard Time.

How do I get my certificate? |

Once the exam is passed, you may print your Certificate(s) of Completion in states where allowed. The following Departments of Insurance do not allow you to print the certificate(s): AZ, KY, NM, TX, & UT (you must have the originals). For these states, the certificates are mailed to you.

How many times can I take my exam? |

You have unlimited exam retakes for FREE.

Once I start taking the test online, is it timed? |

No. You have as much time as you need to complete the exam.

How many credit hours will I receive for each course? |

The number of credit hours an agent will receive with each course is listed next to the course title on the Course Catalog screen.

Can I print additional copies of my certificate for a course? |

Yes. You can print as many copies as you want.
